With catering appliances in a busy kitchen, typically 2 annual visits on a service and six monthly inspection as laid out below, is the rule, however variations of this format may be applicable for numerous reasons.

Standard PPM : includes the CP42 confirming all aspects of the gas safety in addition to. Electrical inspections which confirm safety of the local isolation flex and contacts, with testing of polarity, continuity, insulation, fuse integrity & Microwave emissions testing. Plus the service, with performance adjustments where possible, to gas jets, burners & valves, electrical switches, contacts, valves, solenoids, pumps motors, fans, controls, filters, hinges, seals, lamps, draining condensate, brushing / dusting evaporator fins to ease air flow, confirming function of controls, displays, probes, levels and safety devices, reporting functionality, component failure, internal corrosion, ingress, scale damage, compliance issues, raising rectification quotes where required.

6 Monthly Interim Inspections : Condition, and compliance inspection of all appliances, with an appraisal of appliance performance, identifying overall condition, functionality, safety issues and potential system failures or concerns to be rectified. Where possible rectification quotes will be raised.
