Catercall Welcomes Laura Whittle as Business Development Manager in New Equipment Sales

We are delighted to welcome Laura Whittle to the Catercall team as our new Business Development Manager within the New Equipment Sales department.

Laura brings with her over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, varying from restaurants, hotels to conferences and events. Throughout her career, she progressed into senior roles including Sales & Events Manager and Business Development Manager, building a deep understanding of what exceptional customer service truly looks like from the ground up.

Most recently, Laura spent 3.5 years working within the Foodservice Equipment industry as a Sales & Marketing Manager, giving her a strong foundation in the sector and a clear picture of the standards clients expect. It is that blend of hospitality roots and industry knowledge that makes her such a valuable addition to the Catercall team.

For Laura, the move to Catercall felt like a natural fit:

Laura's passion for delivering exceptional customer service–something she attributes directly to her years in Hospitality–sits perfectly in line with the values Catercall has always been built on.

A little more about Laura…

Away from work, Laura is a woman of varied interests. She is a proud rugby supporter, her daughter plays at County level, and her wife hails from Rugby itself, working in the Richard Lindon Building where the very first rugby ball was made.

Laura is also a dedicated sea lover. No holiday is complete without a sea view… if she can't see the water, she's not interested. Laura is an avid coarse fisher, with a soft spot for barbel and a firm distaste for bream. Her biggest catch to date? An impressive 22lb mirror carp.
