The Challenge: A Full Kitchen Refit, Late in the Build Programme

The decision to completely strip out and refit the entire kitchen at Sale e Pepe Mare — the flagship restaurant at one of London's most iconic hotels, The Langham — came late in the construction programme. With the wider build-out already underway and significant time pressure on the project, there was no margin for delay.

Catercall was brought in to deliver the full catering equipment installation and bespoke stainless steel fabrication, coordinating seamlessly with the general contractor, project manager, and wider consultant team to keep the programme on track.
