Founded in 2010, Fulcrum has built an impressive reputation as a specialist in catering projects for schools, care homes, cafés, pubs and prominent visitor destinations such as the Science Museum in London and the National Museum of Scotland. The business recently achieved the highest turnover in its history, following a strong year of major project wins and increased nationwide demand.

While Fulcrum will continue operating as a separate entity within our group, our Managing Director, Joe Rushton, will now oversee both companies. Founder David Burnett and Commercial Director Phil Barber will remain closely involved, ensuring continuity, expertise and a smooth integration as we prepare for an exciting 2026.
