Update to Our Appointment Schedule Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

At Catercall, we're persistently striving to enhance our services and to provide you with the exceptional experience you've come to appreciate. To ensure our service delivery remains top-tier, we've implemented a few changes to our appointment schedule and charges.

Here are the specifics:

  • Afternoon Appointments: Engineering visits requested specifically to commence from 14:00 onwards will now require a minimum booking duration of four hours.
  • Restricted Access Callouts: Callouts with limited access from 14:00 onwards will also necessitate a minimum charge of four hours.
  • Emergency/Urgent Callouts: Emergency or urgent callouts that require a 4-hour response will incur a minimum charge of four hours.
  • Out of Hours and Weekend Work: Work conducted outside of standard hours or on Saturdays will carry a premium charge of 50%. For any work carried out on Sundays, a 100% premium charge will apply.
  • Policy Implementation: These updated policies are effective immediately.
