We have employed Catercall on various catering service and reactive contracts for various customers, as the principal Planned Preventative Maintenance contractor to various customers- predominantly West Bromwich Building Society Head Office. The work undertaken by them is catering equipment including all refrigeration – i.e., fridges, freezers, and kitchen ductwork cleaning. I have never had an issue with them and they are very prompt and responsive on requested reactive call out requests, attending with just a phone call and confirmation email- a refreshing change as usually Purchase orders are always required prior to attending by contractors. They are quick with quotes for resulting repair quote. To my knowledge, the engineers are always very courteous with customers. I was asked by one of my JCI colleagues from the London area for a catering contractor and I did not hesitate to recommend Catercall, who ultimately did the job and he was very happy with the work. The office administrators/ co-0rdinators are always friendly cheerful and helpful, and always communicate back correspondence- reports, quotes, issues, etc. Again a refreshing change of not having top chase. I do not hesitate in recommending them for catering service/ repairs.
